Spencer & Seguin, PLC started in January of 2005 with the vision of striving to provide the highest level of expertise in the area of criminal defense. We accomplish this objective by always acting in a professional manner and placing our client’s needs above all else.

This vision and commitment to the needs of our clients has allowed our practice to steadily grow. We routinely practice in both state and federal courts throughout central and northern Virginia.   

Our practice has not only expanded geographically, but has also expanded into new areas of law including immigration. However, even as our practice grows our vision and commitment to our client’s needs shall always remain the same.
